I was missing a small wheel on a 10+ year old Hoover vacuum cleaner. Aspirateur Vacupro checked their stock and even phoned Hoover to see if they had it. No luck. Apparently Hoover does not worry about continuity of models unlike Miele, Sebo and Filter Queen who stock parts for past models for years. I really appreciated the trouble Aspirateur Vacupro went to try and help me. Great people! Hoover is not their fault.

We bought a new Cyclovac vacuum about a week ago and we are really happy. Ken took really good care of us, he answered all of our questions , was on time, polite ,did the installation perfectly. I’m a very picky person when I shop and I strongly recommend Vacupro with my eyes close.

Reading the other reviews, I don’t think (or hope) my experience is representative of how they usually run their business. I came in to buy some products and I asked a couple of questions and truly felt like the guy did not have any time for me. I felt like I was bothering him, he hardly looked up from his screen to answer me. It’s unfortunate as I left with many unanswered questions fearing to bother him more. As I said, I think it was maybe just a bad day.The product the recommended was the perfect one. Hoping I can give this local business another try in the future and have a better educational experience.

We can not say enough good things about Vacupro. They have the best in the market products for sale and the greatest customer service. We upgraded our old central vacuum system with the help of Ken! Great local shop with support for all makes and models. They provided support and parts for an older machine that’s still running strong. Replacements parts were reasonable. Highly recommended!
